Add Vendors

Once you have created your profile, you’ll be able to add or delete vendors at will. There is no limit to the number of vendors you can add. Simply click on ‘Add Vendor/s’ and follow the prompts.

Advise vendors

Once you have added your vendors, it’s easy to update your address with them. Simply click on ‘Advise vendors’ and follow the prompts. You’ll save time and money by instantly updating your mailing address with multiple vendors. There’s no charge for keeping your account active and your saved vendors will be stored and ready to use when you need to update your mailing address next time.

    Is there a store that I can go to?

    While we don’t have a physical store you can go to, we do offer fantastic online support. Simply go to the ‘Get in touch’ section on our home page, follow the prompts and one of our team members will get in touch with you. 

    How long does it take to update my address with my vendors?

    Our automatic notification system securely transmits your updated details to your vendor/s almost instantaneously. However, processing of the information on their side may be determined by business hours.

    Where can I edit my address?

    To edit your address, sign into your account and click on ‘Edit address’. Follow the prompts, then click on ‘Save changes’ to save your new address details.

    Do you accept payments via phone or credit/visa debit card?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments over the phone. This is in the best interest of our clients as it is not a secure network. We provide a secure payment service for credit/ visa debit cards using a reliable platform called Stripe.

    How do I delete my account?

    We understand that it may be a number of years before you need to access your account again. We’re more than happy to securely store your account and your vendor information for you free of charge. Your account will be ready and active whenever you need to update your details in future. That being said, if you prefer to permanently delete your account, please use the ‘Get in touch’ section on our home page and type ‘Delete Account’ into the ‘Enter message’ field. We’ll send you an email confirming the account has been deleted.
